hi all people
i fitted sp arches to my car quite a while ago now.
didnt use rubbers or nout
just screwed them in
if i unscrew them to take them off
will the bodywork or paintwork be damaged?
will anyone know
please help

depends where you put the screws ... but im going to guess yes since you screwed them in there will be holes lol

take them off and find out Razz



i used screws and no rubbers once, had no problems (on a silver car)

im trying to picture it in my head. I have them on my car but just cant remember what they look like under the arches... only thing i can suggest is to unscrew them and if its f****d up the paint or anything just screw em back on. Why do you want to take them off anyway?

only way your going to know is if you take them off and have a look i think,

if its naff have to put them back on.

If it turns out that you have screwed it into the bodywork, put some dinitrol or waxoyl in the holes so they don't start to rot

Its possible it might be, it will most likely require machine polishing to remove them if it is damaged.
