Hi All
This is a problem of sorts, so please excuse my ignorance is i have posted this wrongly. (is that a word?)
I have been replacing the Axel Bearings (offside) and following a guys posting on Youtube (Liamautomechanic, how to repair peugeot 206 axel). There is a bit where he says measure from Wheel Stub to Sub Frame before removing, which i did, 190mm. The problem that has arose is when putting it back together the only position that the ummm torsion or anti-roll bar would line up is either 170mm or 200ish. I took the wheel off the other side and it measured 170mm although this is with the damper still in place (not sure if that makes a difference). Should i just push it on at the 170mm? What would happen if it is positioned at the wrong height? Sorry about the long windedness.
Hope someone knows what I'm on about.
Many thanks in advance.
