Nope, water is fine.

all those green/blue or pink coolant are just color additive which makes it easier for you to check your level and to change the coolant.

That's wrong. 99% of the time, the blue (MEG)/green is inorganic and the pink/orange (+OAT) is organic. If you mix them it will silt the coolant system.

Most of the old green coolants should not be mixed with ANY type of coolant, as it will probably silt anyway, but definately don't mix a non OAT with an OAT coolant, ie, blue and pink.

i did say don't mix antifreeze Laughing

and the color system is not a reliable method to guess what anti rust reagent is in there

my antifreeze must be OAT surely thats long life and on new cars ,and mine says dont need to change antifreeze in manual.
Also the blue stuff is changed every 2 years and for older cars.
Isnt yellow metals in older cars aswell which you cant mix the OAT coolant with.

I have the pink OAT adavanced antifreeze long life wouldnt that be ok to use ??

I topped it up with water a bit but dont wanna too much worried it will freeze in winter , so wanna put little bit antifreeze in .

Also is Citreon antifreeze same as peugeots ? would have thought so as it has citeron badge next to the peugeot one on all parts and expansion bottle because i have some of that in my house too as someone in family has a citeron.

Peugeot uses BASF Glysantin® G33 which is Blue but is actually OAT (usually red).
Hence the 5-year service life. I wouldn't be inclined to top-up with anything else tbh.

Yep. 50/50 if it needs diluting.

Use de-ionised water though!

Does it make a diffrence as mine has climate control or not ?
i have to use air con almost all the time because when you press the windscreen or rear screen de mister button air con automaticly comes on with it .
