my 2.0l hdi is due for a service and has been getting louder and louder for the past 12 months. somebody has told me to replace the crankshaft pullley, can anybody back this up? and also what size will i need??
its a 54 plate and the shop i went to said they are not sure of the size because its on the changeover?!
and can anybody recommend a particular engine flush as i'll get this done with the service

Pulley - stick your VIN in to Peugeot Service box to get the correct part number.
Engine flush = NOOOOOOO, does more harm then good, changing the oil & filter at the correct time / distance with decent oil & a genuine Peugeot / Citroen OR Purflux oil filter would be much better in the long run

none of the turbo specialist/ builder recommanded engine flush as there is always a chance to block the oil feed pipe.

Eibach bottom pulley, can get them for about £40

K&R.
Clarence Street did the drive shaft on the 180 they nearly had it for the clutch too but when I took it there Lazlo was there being an a******e so I took it elsewhere.

Think only the main cars they fix are banger cars at K&R.
Altho, seen a sign today, apparently they are fitting tyres as well now
