On me freelander you can disconnect the maf when it's faulty and the car will run on default settings letting you still drive ok whilst you pick up a new one........dunno if you can do this on the 206 though?

1.4 8v, Dont think it would be MAF but if a reset of the ECU (disconnecting battery) didnt kick start it out of 'limp mode' then diagnostics is the only route right?

Hi all
Sorry for double post again haha
Started car this morning - works fine! Revs freely, all sorted. Take it to a Peugeot garage who say the earliest they'll be able to chip it is next Monday. Then as I'm leaving the garage to go to work, it kicks in again. Ultimate fail. Disconnected battery in an attempt to get her working again. Gutted

Does it stutter a lot? Could be a coil pack.
Don't argue the opinions of idiots.
They will bring you down to their level and win through experience.

It only stutters when it hits the rev range for limp mode,
When i started it this morning it was fine, however since back in limp mode it had a stress at 3k, thats all thats wrong with it i think.
