no not the 180, the sw 1,6 16v. it has half pint or more to much. its black and service is due in 5k.. antipollution came on got it checked battery knackerd cat getting old. everything was cleared off, but been on a long drive today and it flashed up again antipolution fault..

monday oil plugs are getting changed dianostics will clear everything off but this seems a common 206 fault..

Half a litre over shouldn't do permanent damage but it might throw up an excessive amount of oil mist which will enter the air filter area. So have a look at the air filter housing and the filter element, and if mucky clean it all up and change the element. Oil goes black over time, especially on diesels, unless you have some device for measuring the quality of the oil (some dealerships do) you can't really rely on it as more than a basic indication of its age.
