after getting my 180 back on the road i decided i would give it a mini service, but me being so lazy i chucked into a garage that is next to my work place, they did the oil change and all was good.
the car then sat at my house for the next week as i was using our pug 308 for work until yesterday.
I noticed a huge patch of oil under the car, yep my new fully synthetic expensive engine oil was all over the floor
basically the garage has somehow cracked my sump im not sure if the overtightened the sump plug ?
after a phone call to peugeot today the new sump is £300 plus the gasket plus new oil and labour the bill is 500 notes
im just glad the bills not mine.
a very expensive oil change

its got about a 2" crack along the bottom of the sump just under the drain hole, im guessing a steel bolt and an aluminum sump dont go to well if its slightly to tight.
the filter is fine

I was about to say are you sure it is the sump
