As title, when I'm driving the right indicator comes on completely randomly, also does it occasionally when first starting the car in the morning etc.
If I try to indicate left while it's indicating right - both flash at the same time as if I have my hazards on, anyone have any ideas?

Plexed or pre plexed might help.

Take it you haven't done a search for indicator problems before starting the thread.

Clean out OR change the stalk would be a good starting point.

Most likely find plenty of metal swarf inside shorting the stalk contacts.

If your really unlucky it will be the BSI relays & they aint easy to replace.

Undo the 2 x torx 20 screws to remove the steering coloumn trim, bottom trim falls away & top trim lifts of, then undo the 2 x torx 10 screws holding the stalk, then unclip / slide the stalk out & unplug it.

dont remove the stalk yet, first thing to do its take to steering wheel cowlin off, then spary WD40 at the stalk where it is hinged from, work it in by moving the stalk in all direction and then spary abit more for good luck! this should sort it, if it doesnt the stalk has had it and you need a new one!
