right my daughter has been useing my 04 180 and she has somehow done somthing to the locks
it will not unlock on the fob but you can undo the doors with the key in the barrel, then it will relock on the fob if you wish but not unlock.
the boot will not open and the doors will not open from inside.
so i think she had deadlocked it or somthing.
how do it get them to unlock on the fob again please.

I don't know if it is but try re syncing your key to the car put key in ignition and turn 1 click then push the lock button in your fob for 10 seconds then take the key out of the ignition and try locking and unlocking. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will let you know.

Sounds like a defective door solenoid to me.
Turn the ignition ON / start the engine if the deadlocks are stuck on, the built in safety logic should then disarm them.

i have started and driven the car for over 1/2 hr to get home with no problems but it still wont unlock with the fob so am i looking at a faulty solenoid then ??.
when pressing the button you can here the boot click but still will not open the same as the doors.
have checked the fuse all ok i have also done a bsi reset as per instuctions on this site.
just seem strange that they will (doors) lock ok with the fob.

Open the boot manually from inside, fold the rear seat down & then pull the tailgate interior trim panel off.
No deadlock on the boot, simple 2 wire lock motor.

No need to unbolt anything, slide the lock motor rod accross / yank on the latch rod to pop the tailgate open.
Trim panel is clipped on with metal clips, sounds like they are breaking, yank hard at the bulge in the top & they will pop of.
