hey guys

i'm kinda confused lol had a problem ages ago with my headlight flashing randomly airbag warning lights and windscreen wipers on intermitant (by there own free will) and was told to buy a new comms unit

so off to wigan i went to buy a brand new unit, fitted it tuesday afternoon and everything was okay.

drove it for most of the night on tuesday, all day yesterday and to work this morning and everything was fine no problems (apart from the airbag warning light) so heres me thinking my car was fixed then went to take a parcel to the post office and Bam! it starts with the problems again, only this time it affecting my central locking as well.

anyone know what else could be causing it ? its beginning to irritate me Sad

Thanks for any more help

Shut it u stupid little f**k, what's the point in posting in all my treads being such a c***? Least I can afford a gti180, and to get the cam belt done!

So apparently everyone knows my financial situation? If I wanted a 180 I would have bought a 180 simples Smile

Might be a daft question, but why did you have to go to Wigan for a new one?

Sure all the wires are secure and you've cleaned off all that WD40?

If all the wires are intact, then the fault may lay in the BSI

the pug dealer near me wanted £200 +VAT for a new one, so phoned peugeot spares in wigan see if they'd got one and they only wanted £145 incl Vat for a new one & i was over that way anyway

its a new comms unit so has no WD40 in it. trying a bsi reset see if that works Smile
