I cant get the rear cards out of my car. How do you get the seatbelt through them? Really stuck on this please help

unbolt seat belts remove from bar , push belt through hole

17mm bolt at the bottom. were the black bar is on b-pillar undo that it,ll be coverd by a plastic cap .. . 2min job

Yer undone that taken it off but then how do i get the top part of the belt off the height ajuster part on the b pillar

Small flat bladed screw driver to flick the top cap off, then a T10 or T15 screw

just wonder what does that orange plug on the front seatbelt do?
