After some good advice on loosening the aux belt on my 206, now i cant free the head bolts, im using std socket set, do i beed to get star sockets

normal 12or13mm sockets fit Wink

bit of a bodge tho, can get a set of proper sockets for less than £10

Thanks for that, when you say a botch do u mean using a normal socket, i tried that and it appeared to slip. Do u suggest getting a female star socket

Yes get E sockets, for the sake of how much they cost and the amount of times you need them on the 206 as well as other cars, it's well worth the money

if you get the right size socket on them it will work, i have done it before Embarassed

but yer i suggest getting female star set, i got one for less that a tenner and used then loads on the various 206 parts
