All the DIY tinted lights I have seen don't really work as lights! I've no idea why people p**s about with lights. They are there as a safety feature and go through lots of tests to make sure they are up to standard. Tinting them makes them less effective and as a result put you and others in greater danger. In heavy rain or fog you might be pretty much invisible until it's too late.
As for tinting fog lights that is just plain stupid. Classy cars don't have painted lights! Tacky cars run on shoe-string budget do.

Im really unsure! I'm not 100% happy with the rear so i have to change something! i was thinking rear morrettes but i dunno. Im going to crack open my lexus lights and spray them, see how they look on the car! Searched tinted rear lights on google and loads of chav cars popped up :/
Maybe ph2 will be better, got those red ones cheap because the scrapyard didnt have ph2 and they are way better than the lexus lmao.
I cant believe i had chrome handles, tailgate and lexus lights on my first 206. What was i thinking

I'm think going to see how the tint goes for now i can always change it back. Someone else posted their black cc with black lexus (sam206cc i think), I'm really not a fan.
Paid a lot of money for a set of lexus lights for my first 206 5 years ago, now i hate them.
I am keeping my eyes peeled for a cheap set of afterburners or maybe black led's but atm ive got a speeding fine to pay and my tax runs out the end of the month

Leave the rear lights as they are except the fog light. I'd get a lexus one and spray it black like you would mask headlights
That way the 2 red lights are connected by the 3rd (the stripe) and you have a fully functional black foglight that will still shine bright red when turned on ?
Basically make it look like this but without the LED's:
