Make sure you have a good tight seal around the ICV.
Should come with a new seal ring.
And clean all the crap off there while you're at it.

it did come with a new seal i just put a bit of multi purpose grease around it to make sure it was sealed Smile . typical i get it running perfect then the throttle body decides it wants to fall apart

Oops..
The only grease you should be using on rubber seals is either silicon grease, or dry-type PTFE. Otherwise you're compromising it's sealing ability and it will dissolve the rubber over time.

I would thoroughly clean it all off and wash the sealing ring with dish-soap and warm water.

Looks like you're getting there though.. Smile

OK. But let it set first.
There is one hell of a vacum there as I found out when I nearly got my hand sucked-in a throttle body, and it was only a 1.4 Shocked

Good luck.
