Good old french electrics are at it again lol!!!
Everything works as it should. but every now and again the fans will turn them selfs on full blast then back to where they were, then on and back again . really random

Im guessing all 206 have the digital heaters?? errrm its manually adjusted and not in auto mode if thats what you mean? lol!

Do you have twisty knobs or buttons with digital screen,
There is two types in a 206.
Edit: By the sound of it yours is climate control,

I had to change the blower motor on my old 206..
It located behind the heater controls, you have to remove the glove box, reach in and behind the console then unplug the cables and twist n pull the motor out.
Its a ball ache as there isn't much room but with some perseverance you will be able to replace it.
I cant remember how much I paid at the time but any scrap yard will have one and most scrap yards have a warranty on their parts, just make sure you get one that's the same 'plex' as yours.

There is Pre-plexed and multi-plexed electrical systems on 206's, look it up on here.
Any heater motor you buy may need to be from the same electrical system.
