*update*

got my 307 hdi brakes painted just need some discs and pads now and they will be put on with nice new braided hose.

just been looking around and i have been recommended ferodo dc2500 or (dc3000)not so much for road use just track.

but they only seem to do them for the rear of the 307 hdi?? are they the same pads as the gti180 as i know the calipers/discs size are the same

Updates? How're the new brakes? How's the car been running anyway? I've been looking at na upgrade options (~200hp), would you recommend taking this route?

Hay guys not much of an up date more like a todo list since I've been putting ALOT of over time in at work got a bit to spend on the pug

*gti-6 injectors (on order)
*new middle section for the exhaust (price hunting)
*new discs and pads for the rear (on order)
*new gti180 torsion bar (only 1) as pug sent me the wrong one around 4 years ago and only found out due to a new axle I had on my car.
*looking into a new radiator like Macj/simpsonrc so my throttle body's can get mor cold air and have a mushroom filter
*then when I'm happy get it all re-mapped

All lovely shiny stuff.

I really do think you should reconsider losing the fan housing and having to fit those locking pins on the bonnet.
Keeping the standard fan housing with fan and trimming additional holes where the air conditioning bits sat is so much easier and every bit as good.

Thanks paul bit silly realy as i just fetched the 90mm trumpets and dropped my carbon back plate off to get cut/matched so will have to go up again to pick it up on tuesday lol.

to be honest paul i do think the bonnet pins will be a kind of 'cool' touch to the car...on the outher hand matt did say wait till its at the workshop and we can decided what you want to do there and then regarding the rad and pinns, i can always sell if i dont use them as got them at a good price.

my check:
106 pump
rip out the air con
uprated engine mounts
fit bonnet pinns (if needed)
rear brake lines fitted
fit filter plate,trumpets,filter and injectors
down to the Rollers

Car looks awesome spike!!

Do u have a full engine bay pic? Looking at your oil catch tank and breather set up and would like something similar! Do you have it recirculating back into the sump???

Cheers. Dave
