Could any of these be a cause of my problem? Black smoke between 1000 - 2000 rpm with engine resisting to acceleration? Just to say, I'm not running red! Smile

Probably. My dad bought a 406 2.0 HDI and its unbelievably fuel efficient, he only goes to the petrol station once every month or so Very Happy

Also my car likes hunting, rabbits mostly but it has gone for a cat once but I couldn't stop it in time.
