That was inevitable... I bet its not that hard to make it heated. Just just a heating element from something that can be wrapped or bent around the shaft at the bottom.

But then you would risk burning your hand as its metal its just going to get warmer and warmer unless you only apply moderate heat in timmed intervals.

Not got an SP knob so mine doesnt need a heater.

Those thermostat kits are good, I used them on my old 405 to fix the stupid design flaw in the heated seats, any smart person would include a thermostatic cutout to stop the heater pads from just heating up then burning out, Peugeot didnt think to bother Rolling Eyes

Ah right we had the GTX TD or whatever the hell it was called Iw as only about 5. First car I can sort of remember. The first car I do actually remember my parents having was the p reg (maybe) mk1 406 in Sherwood Green. That was GLX spec and then that got swapped in for a 6 month old with 9,000 miles MK 2 V reg 406 GTX in Jade Green.

I had a L reg 405 GTX that I traded in for a N reg 406 GLX 2.0 GLX in Sherwood green, lasted 6 months as it was such a disapointment / let down of a car after having a 405 so it got traded in for the N reg 405 Exec.

Best time to get a car is the last year of production as they throw everything at it Laughing

Only things my Exec didnt have from the 405 options bin was the optional sunroof & auto box.
