Just after the part number for the passenger side door seal that runs around the entire inside of the door frame on the car. It must be this thats causing the footwell puddle.

Have you checked your not losing water from your coolant?
I have a seal for a 3 door available

No i dont think its the coolant, havent needed to top up for ages, it only leaks in heavy rain or snow, ive checked the membrane and window base seal, it must be the door seal.
the seal at the minute seems to be ok besides one little bit right at the bottom where it looks almost like a bump where its not fitted correctly, it might have been kicked or maybe i knocked it when messing with the footwell LED s.
im gonna pour some water on the door without the doorcard and see whats happening. i think the water is coming through the drain hole at the bottom of the door and instead of running out of the car, it is coming in through the seal on the bump. i may be able to coorect it, may need a new one, ill check after the football.
