Good effort..... but it seems a little shy on the power for this set-up. I would have expected over 200HP.... probably looking for 205-210 realistically. What Management are you using??

It's on DTA Management, its still on the standard exhaust and i think the trumpets are a bit short. An you know how different rollers can be in there readings.

Try 90mm trumpets and a four branch manifold.... The exhaust will not give you the extra but the trumpets will modify the way the power comes

When you mean standart exhaust is the cat still fitted. Smile Please install MADAC Group N style exhaust. Or straight pipe and freeflow backbox.

I have just had the first test drive with 106 electric power steering and it works very well. New inlet manifold maybe?

Don't you need a 2.5" exhaust system for over 200bhp? What size is the standard system?

The standard 180 system is about 62mm O/D (2.44") so it’s not far off, i am thinking of a new exhaust an manifold any way.

106 power steering fitted, very similar feel to original pump just need tidying up now.

Nothing wrong with the standard ex manifold. Mine made 202bhp with 90mm. My exhaust was a 2.75" downpipe going into a ashley 2.5" group N system. I'd change your exhaust first.
205 with Supercharged GTI 180 lump 374 bhp...soon to be 400+

That Saxo pumps looks really simple. Is it just a simple plug too? I.e. one wire in, one out? No multi plug?

I think 106/Saxo pump will be heavy on parking moves with 17 alloys.
