Now I know there have been several topics related to central locking issues but I'm hoping mine is slightly different and much easier to solve.

I have the normal bouncing locks when pressing the key fob and when turning the key in the lock but unlike on the passenger side the drivers lock is much more difficult to put the key into to lock the door and when you take it out.

Would it be the just the lock causing the central locking to bounce or something else which other people have the same issue with?

The bouncing locks will be the same issue as others have experienced ie a bad door lock actuator. Have a look through previous posts so you can work out which one it is

With the stiff door lock then try spraying WD40 actually onto your key and then put that in the door lock as that will lubricate the tumblers in the lock
