Does the surround on the top centre display just pull off like the speedo display surround.

I need to change bulb. And don't want to go pulling and break something.

Thankyou, the problem I'm looking at is that when car headlights are on I can't read the dimmed display unless it's dark outside. It's still back lit though.

Do you know how many bulb's are behind this display?

There is only one for your clock and its a dial light a twist and push so you will need some of them.

Some of what? bulbs?

So if there is only one bulb does that mean it's a twin element bulb?

Can anyone post a link of what bulb it is please?

Thanks.

There should be 4 backlight bulbs on your PPT 30 display.

A 138 is normally a PPT 30. Has 4 bulbs, not one. Wink

Changed all 4 bulbs today and the display is much better when lights on.

The old bulbs weren't bust just darkened with age.
