Checked to see what plugs i have in my 180 and it has Bosch FR7ME iirc.
Ive been advised to use Bosch super 4 plugs, so does anyone have a part number or a link to where is best to get them from.
Thanks James.

Local motor factors are usually as cheap as ebay, car accessory shop will be a bit dearer or even dare I say, buy from the dealers.

Ebay is one of the worst places to get car parts from.
If your not getting ripped off on price your more then likely end up with fake parts.

Try eurocar parts, they stock the Bosch ones and there is usually a 25% discount code somewhere.
