My 180 came with a pipercross cone filter and i didnt get the standard airbox. 
Was going to fit some ducting to it and remove the bottom part of the original airbox parts but it is connected to a few other parts and i dont know what they are?
One is an electrical switch type thing next to the battery box with two small vaccum pipes going to something round?
The second thing is some sort of pump i think above the passenger side foglight?
Does anyone know what these are and am i ok to remove all of this?

Chuck the cone filter in the bin and put the original airbox back on.

Havent got the original airbox. And why would i chuck it in the bin even if i did when i could sell it?

Because there crap and lose power the original setup is the best.

Didnt ask if the cone filter was any good or not so dont really care if it does loose a bit of power because it sounds nice.
Does anyone know anything about the parts i asked about?

yeah i do i ripped them all out of mine and got an anti pollution fault the pump is a secondary air pump and costs a lot of money and once unplugged will cause the fault!
the smaller pipes lead up to the engine breather and the box at the bottom is a catch/ recirculation box
to put it simply it reuses what would be waste by sending it back through the engine breather pipes down to the air intake and puts a bit of it in with the air from the duct under the wing each time so as not to put gases into the atmosphere and so on
there's also a throttle on the bottom pipe which opens at a certain time to allow more air its quite a complex and good system which is why its recommended not to remove it just find an original airbox and put a panel filter in will still sound good and perform better.
