Can't reset if its crash data

No. I mean you can't reset crash data with Peugeot Dealer Equipment.
Yes you can reset it if you read the eeprom. I have loads of virgin dumps and crash free files for most 206 AutoLiv ECU's

Not physically as I don't have a programmer any more. But I'd do it if you read the org file
