when you say lower mount did you change the mount on top of the gear box or the one to the rear of the engine which is called the torsional damper (drivers side drive shaft has to be removed)

One at the rear of the engine, I seem to recall removing passenger driveshaft though, cant remember as it was last year sometime

The one on top of the gearbox sort of resembles a big doughnut where it sits on the gearbox, where as the bottom one has to have the drivers side drive shaft removed as it passes through the housing that connects the mount to the engine. It's circular in a metal sleeve with a tie bar connecting it to the sub frame......and usually needs pressing out of the housing.
When this one goes it can allow exessive forward and backwards engine movement

I had same problem on my 138.
Changed bottom mount and it was alot better but still noticeable.
So I spaced the buffers out with a couple of washers to close the gap. leaving about 1mm gap each side.
