refrence :: i am about to up grade the look of my wee pug 206 v reg reading into all the jitter its not just a case of changing the lights it sounds like ive got to check other things to make do could someone clarify i thought 12 volt was same on all cars ?

Should be a straight swap. Have a look around though there are a lot better light's out there than lexus, Unless of course that's what you like.

Rear light's are a straight swap whereas front's may be different depending on if they are H4 or H7, You can get converter's though so it's not a major hassle.

I don't know why people slate Lexus lights, fair enough the chrome ones can look a bit tacky but you can spray them to match your car, I personally like the black Lexus lights as I had some on my first 206 and looked the dogs danglies

I think it's all about personal choice, I don't like the chrome one's at all but don't care what other people put on their car's. Some people get them as they are the cheaper option but nowadays most rear light's are cheap. But as you pointed out Raz CC one's do look good.
But the word Sheep spring's to mind when it come's to Lexus light's if you get what I mean

That was 5 years ago, now everyone has LED's therefore making them more followed than the Lexus trend IMO

Spraying lights is never a good idea. Like it or not any spray will reduce the light output which is not clever.
