Hi all,

New to the forum and in fact new to pugs all together. Recently bought a 1.1 55 206 with sport trim only at 34000 miles. Car running great after a service and abit of tlc however I still have a problem.

When I bought the car the ac was not working so decided to have it regassed by a air con engineer. Since the ac is now working I've noticed a rattling noise with ac on and accelerating away from idle. The noise is more pronounce when I clutch in between gears and revs drop. This stops when I reach a stable speed but starts again when stopping and starting again. This noise is joined by a loud hissing noise from behind the dash which fades with the rattle (this is louder than the normal background hissing noise).

Does anybody think the system is over gassed or more seriously the compressor. Any help appreciated.
