Right, went to the garage today. Before I went my step dad and I went inside the car and pushed up the dents. Leaving for the garage it looked like this;
Not sure if you can really see the dents in there, but there is. Along with the footprints of the d**k that done it!
So went to the garage and they went around the inside again and then used a sucker to pull it up from the outside. I stood and watched and they were saying and showing me that because the dent was soo deep, there are now permanent creases in the roof.
There is also some cracked paint where the support frame is next to the black plastic runner. So Im stuck with this damage. From a distance it looks ok but ill be f****d if I go to shows or anything.
Game over!

That makes my blood boil
Especially when you can clearly see the footprint of the skanger that did it.
He's lucky you didn't catch him trampolining.

Only way you'll be fixing that is by replacing the roof skin, and that'll be costly.
If you are working in town, take the train and leave the car at home. I left my 206 in the city centre for a few hours in a Friday night to find a nice big footprint on the drivers window

Good find thanks. I can't afford to fork out £200 for a roof. Beginning to lose hope for this car.

Your 206 GTI should have the standard factory fitted ultrasonic alarm on it.
