Fitted my new (second hand) icv last night but its still idling below 750, i'd say at 600 revs. Is this normal and if it's not what can i do to get the revs to where they should be?

It is a little when the engine first fires up but then when the revs drop it does sound like its struggling a little but everything is fine

Mine does exactly the same.
Steady idle at 600ish revs. Cleaned out everything and still no change. No Warning Lights and never stalls.

On A/C it idles closer to 900 but on ECO it always stays at 600ish
