ok iv had the car apart testing connections , re wiring etc etc
iv replaced both fast and low speed relays and ensured all connections are correct
but
only the fast speed thingy seems to be working ?
im assuming that when the car gets to the 90* temp low speed should kick in to keep it at 90 or below ??
but it wont :/ the highspeed setting kicks in when the cars just about to red line the tempgage
cant see anything else i can try and fix ?? does any one have any ideas :/ the sensor is working so cant be that :/
some one told me there is a low speed resistor that may need replacing but i cant find where it is ??

have you looked at the relays behind a little door held shut by 2 plastic trim clips on the big fan housing you will need to remove the front bumper to get to it
its noramlly the wiring in the plug that rots out not the resistor thats at fault done a few of these just cut the plug off and put on spade terminals and clean up the resistor just make sure they are on nice and tightly

If the wiring is perfect and the relays are working fine then it could be the resistor that has failed.
It sits at the bottom of the radiator housing. One wire in, one out.
