Hello there

The other week some guy decided to hit hit and dent my drivers side door therefore as im on a budget i thought it would be easier just to replace the door..how hard is this and is it something i could easily do?

Secondly if i matched the colour code and got a door off a same colour car would you still be able to tell the difference?

Many thanks.

Swap it over. Locks flick out with a screw driver. Mechanism unscrews. Wiring unclips

I've got to change my passenger door, after she hopefully passes the mot on Monday, like lee said, undo the 4 bolts and check strap on the inside of the door, then untwist the wiring loom, and lift away......job done, as for colour match, paints fade over the years... But you might be lucky...
Pass the mint sauce.......

Best bet is to get a same colour, 2nd hand door of similar age. That way the paint fade shouldn't notice so much.
