So by your logic, if you are doing well then you shouldn't own a 206?
LOL.
Buy what you LIKE, not what other people EXPECT of you.

Of course! would Alan Sugar/Bill Gates any other millionaire/billionaire be seen driving a 206, or driving anything for that matter, they have drivers.
Back to my point, with the exception of that one guy, anyone who could afford that super charger, wouldn't buy it because they could get more bhp and a better/more reputable car with the money that they'd have put into a supercharged 206.

I wouldnt buy the super charger, the price of it is half my BMW, and i'd rather have a nicer car over a 206 with power

Now you are talking status symbols. If I was looking for an everyday car I wouldn't buy a 206 but as a weekend toy they are good fun.
My Jetta would be just as fast as the 206 up to a point and for driving everyday it's the better car by far but despite it being more modern with the multilink rear suspension etc it just isn't any fun.

I think eccose will go the same way as Paramount Performance if their not careful! Paramount were big in the tuning world of Jaguars, stupid pricing forced them into liquidation in the end. For example they wanted £2000 to fit a custom cat back sports exhaust(s) to mine, I got it done elsewhere for just over £600. Then they wanted £700 for a remap. There were a lot of people on the Jag forum that wouldnt touch them, and they had big money, cars like XKRs XFRs ect, even people with DEEEEEEEP pockets will not be ripped off!

Ecosse can charge big prices if it's backed up with quality work. It isn't though.
They'll have to change though because with Peugeot selling less hot hatches there won't be as many to modify in future.

It feels slow compared to alot of cars on the road. Im surprised at how many cars are as quick or even faster than the 206, Couldnt even pull away from a woman in a volvo C30 diesel the other day. |
Obviously not driving it right.
I've pulled away and overtook a medicar running blue lights on the motorway |
Obviously its just a slow car anyone can drive a car to its limit in a straight line. Why would anyone want to over take anything with blue lights flashing, sounds like a Gay thing to do to me. |
People who are in a rush.
