Hi, can anybody please tell me how to alter my rear suspension, been told it's a nightmare but a step by step guide would help, cheers.

Ste, u said you've done it loads can u clear something up for me, after knocking out the top bar did you adjust the drivers or passengers side, as it looks to me you knock out the top from the drivers and adjust the passenger wheel as it's connected to that side but fixed on the other.

You knock both bars out bud, then adjust both sides, you dont adjust anything while either of the bars are still in otherwise you can mess it all up..

Do what ste said mate just knock them both so they are dangling then you adjust the Hight then you put them back in. Knocking them out doesn't mean physically removing them from the axle just means hitting the ends so they pop out and can move freely
