right... so last night i was driving home and i switched to second and noticed that when i put my foot down it was like wheel spinning or something and was revving up to the limiter with hardly any revs, making a screeching noise too when i wanted to pull away, so i stopped and turned it off then back on and went to put it in gear and took my foot off the clutch and nothing, no stalling no drive, nothing! put it into revers was absolutely fine, the clutch seems fine too, could this be my gearbox! Sad

1st, 2nd and maybe a bit of third it seemed like the more torque there was the more it would do it if that makes sense?

Drain your gearbox oil that should give you a clue as to whats wrong. Your discription sounds like clutch fail and then like a gear box death dependong how i read it.

Sometimes the crown of the differential (big cog) has split when it does what you describe.
Especialy screeching sound and then sudden no-drive. Hope it's not that..

Not the crown isn't.
Unless you are talking second-hand one.

It becomes un-stuck from the housing at the seam here:

And costs quite a bit new. Or you can spot-weld it. Smile
