Yes you can but they are more expensive than a strut and spring combo.
And yes your picture was removed

more confusing to lol so with the eibach sportline what else would i need rear springs???
doesnt the coilover kits come with front and rear equipment?

Lol rear springs.. you would need front and rear struts ( i used spax very hard ) the rear is a torsion bar set up and would need adjusting to suit the car's new ride height at the front.
