The previous owner of my 206 damaged the tailgate and i have finally got round to buying a new one.
Does anyone know of a decent guide to removing them?
thanks.

This is probably one of the easiest things to do. You dont even need any tools.
Pull back the carpet from behind the lights in the boot.
Locate the butterfly nut.
Unscrew it.
Pull the light out.
Put new light in.
Do the butterfly nut up.
Put the carpet back.
Job done.

Huh?
Disconnect the multiplug on the n/s
Remove the third brake light, 2 10mm nuts
Remove the two struts, pop off with a flat bladed screw driver
Then remove the 4 13mm nuts holding the tailgate on
10 mins tops

Get a friend to help hold the tailgate while you bolt it up, bit of a handful otherwise, I balanced mine on my head!! lol
