If you've got a cone filter then make sure thats not soaked, or like others have said check your air filter, coilpack also check if your alternator was soaked as I've seen cars act up from people hosing the engines which lead to their alternator not working as it should.

Sounds like you've deffinatly got water in your engine,
Happened to mine a month or so ago ended up having to change my spark plugs, coil pack, oil, oil filter and air filter, also took the whole filter to pieces and dried it out, including the 3 air sensors, check your rocker cover aswell see if it's milky, the top of mine was from the water that had got into the engine, took all that appart gave it a clean and it's ran spot on since with no problems! don't tell me you are using high pressure water spray to clean the engine bay lol

I do on the counter balance forklifts when I service them BUT then again the electrical installation under there is a lot more water proof then used on a car Laughing

I wouldnt be stupid enough to use a pressure washer under the bonnet of a car Rolling On The Floor Laughing
