Bought some Team Heko's off marc206 the other day and fitted them all good and well, but the car is a little bit grubby from road dust etc and I'm wondering, can they go through a car wash as I'm busy the next two weeks or so and don't have time to give the car a decent scrub by hand

Take them off if you really want to use a car wash and then put them back on.

I'd leave mine dirty rather than risk damage to the paintwork.
It takes less than half an hour to wash a car with bucket and wash mitt, and it will do a better job than pieces of tatty plastic rotating at high speed.

Ive got some on my van, they go through the car wash fine. Only problem is that they don't clean the underside of the deflectors so you'll have to wipe them after going through

some people are so lazy, anyone can find half an hour to give the car a wash, especially now it stays light so late
