Sorry if this is a repeated topic, searched but found nothing.
If i was to swap from Frosted, to Crystals, would i need to do anything other then unplug one and plug in the other (Obviously removing everything)
Or are they a different fitment? I believe I have H5? currently.

It's not too bad apart from getting hold of the headlight plugs ... unless you can get some H4 to H7 converters ...
I got a couple of plugs from guy on ebay who was breaking a 206 ... some Citroen used the same part and I think you can buy them new. You'll need two relays and a long length of cable to connect the live feed to the two relays .. I mounted the relays on the back of the headlight covers. Plus to be safe I put a pair of inline fuses between the battery and the relay feeds. Some instructions mention fitting diodes ... but mine have been working fine for a few years and I've not had any problems. I've got the wiring diagrams printed out somewhere .. if I can find them, I'll try and post them up. they used to be on here until the server was rebuilt!

On the very basic L model from 1999? Really?
What do the plugs look like? I'll have a gander tomorrow.

Oh lol. I doubt it then. Doesn't hurt to look though. Just have a nosey around the loom for any plugs that are taped up. You might need to remove the headlights to see better.

It's non plexed so dead simple.
Cut the H4 plug of & fit the grey H7 plug on instead.
Change the headlamp stalk for a double optic spec one
There is NO need for adaptors or relays!
The H7 plugs will be less then £8 from any Peugeot / Citroen main dealer.

Sounds better this way, where can I get the H7 plugs to fit though, and would anything need to be modified at the stalk? Which stalk do you mean by the way, can only find one type

You need a double optic spec stalk from a 206 that had factory fitted crystals.
Go to a Peugeot / Citroen main dealer for the plugs / pins OR cut them of a scrap 206.

How much do you think I could get the stalk for realistically?
Might be getting that H4 to H7 converter so I don't have to cut anything.
Could you post an image of the stalk too? I cant find any differences in the ones I'm seeing apart from front/rear fogs, and the odd one with a horn.

Right, as lee has given the f*** up
You need to:
- Cut off your H4 (frosted) headlight connectors and solder or crimp on the H7 (crystal) connectors
- Change the LIGHT stalk to one which has crystal headlights from brand new EG a GTI
- Enjoy your H7 lights for the rough price of £20 excluding your lights
