All of a sudden whilst driving the cluster resetted and the fuel guage level went up by an inch, the fuel gauge needle was on the last line and all of a sudden all the readings went to 0 then back to normal like the ignition just came on, the needle is now an inch up on second line, it has done this twice, on the display the miles to fuel was reading as ---,- and now it is 43 miles left of fuel. 
Any thoughts ?

electrics are really playing up now, when I push on accelerator you will notice what will happen, I uploaded a video:

Reset BSI with no luck, this new battery was fitted in February and alternator was tested as good 2 months back. The problem has just came, there was also "Engine immobiliser fault" but this is now gone. When I restart the engine there is no faults, only when I push on accelerator.

To have so many systems drop out but then immediately come back on line again then it looks like a poor contact. In simple terms you have a circuit going open in the main power supply but finding it will take some detective work. Note the systems that are going off line and study the wiring diagrams to find a common power supply point for those systems
From the video it looks like everything is dropping out so check the integrity of the battery connections, particularly the earth connection where it connects the engine. But you have a strong starter so that may rule that out. Then check the fusebox connections and relay contacts as you're looking for something that feeds a lot of components. A simple fuse poor contact (one of the large ones) will cause an intermittent open circuit
Connect a voltmeter up to the cigar lighter so you can see what's happening with the voltage. Low voltage to start with? Fluctuating? Sudden complete drop out?
You say you've had recent new battery and had the alternator tested so what was going wrong before in the power supply that you haven't mentioned?

Short on the fly by wire throttle system?
A scan with Peugeot Planet might be a good idea here, see what faults the BSI has stored.

I think would definately check the earth first to rule that one out.

Forgot to mention I checked the earth and it is fine.
The electronics was fine all day today.. with no problems! 
something dodgy somewhere..
