2.0 hdi 90. Flywheel bolt have let oil past and has got onto the clutch
my question is that new bolts come with threadloc on (not much tho)
shall i put some loctite 243blue as well?

No.

Loctite is only used when re-using bolts in this case.
The OEM stuff on there is excellent.
