Cheap or expensive; ignore the clunking and squeaking and any ball joint will do this in the end.

I also notice they are relatively new tyres, I bet they were put on because the play in the joint caused the tyres to wear very prematurely. A new wishbone is cheaper than 1 tyre. In fact, if you fit them yourself, a pair of wishbones is cheaper than 1 tyre!

Some won't agree with that but with my discount I can often get QH wishbones (leading and VERY reputable aftermarket manufacturer) for £28 incl. VAT.

If you live near Swindon I might supply and fit for a reasonable fee.

yes you are right.

i am more to the point of don't ignore any unusual symptom from the car.

and yes you are right, the tyre was new, think he just put it on a week before that happen and after that he need a new tyre as well since one of the tyre was rubdwon to the metal wire bit already Laughing

Great turning circle on that now though. Never have to do a three point turn again.

I had a pair of those and they were just as s**t as the eBay specials. Only got them because they were trade price. I requested GTI ones as they are supposed to be steel bushed but they were the same as the the other ones.

When it comes to wishbones genuine Peugeot or nothing.
