Here goes......Headlights are on all the time(when switched off) only go off about 5 mins after turning engine off. Horn not working checked fused and ok. Demister fan not working. Sometimes the speedo stops then works again..........are all the faults linked

MOT due nxt week PEUGEOT 206 1.1LX 02 PLATE

Reboot the BSI unit, if that doesnt cure things it needs scanning with Peugeot Planet.

thanks for reply I have a printed off a copy of the reset procedure however I do not have a key that activates the central locking system the keys lost can I still reset the BSI system

Yes, just stick the normal key in the door lock barrel & lock / unlock it that way.

Hi MrBSI

I tried BSI reset a few times but no good, also tried cleaning earths at front headlamps and removed all fuses and buzzed out cleaned up and refitted still no joy same fault remains......is there any more things I could try. The cars booked in for MOT on Monday...
Would removing BSI and spraying with WD40 or cleaning contacts a good idea?

Open bonnet and removed all fuses and plugs from Pcb controller and found
Pcb corroded think water has got in hence the spurious electrical faults.

New part 140 pounds can anyone recommend good sencond hand suppler
