had my car 3 1/2 yrs now n its always overheated. all garages hav sed thers nout rong wid it but am guessin it shudnt b tht hot all th time. it usualy sits on 100 n 110 alot of the time n th fan is always cumin on. been told to put th heaters on which makes it cool down but its a pain when its a warm day so don't rele bother doin tht. jus wunderin if its ment to sit on tht as my mates sits on about 90 :/

What model is it? Sounds like a new thermostat needed. Easy and cheap.

Should sit about 90. Does the fan kick in? Could be temperature sensor, as it may not ACTUALLY be overheating.

sounds ok to me mine always sits around 90 then goes up to 100 or more depending on how many rev's i put in it.

Mine goes up to 90 deg C, thermostat opens & it just sits at 90 deg C.

Only time it goes up to around 100 deg C is heatsoak after ive parked up & switched off.

Ive had the oil temp up to 115 deg C before after a long high speed run.
