I just got a 1.4 Roland garros 1999 and was wondering if both door mirrors are supposed to fold or just the passenger side.

dont suppose you know of a guide or could point me in the right direction. i have been searching forever i even bought a haynes manual which was vague on door mirrors

Pretty sure it's easier and more efficient to buy a whole new mirror.

Correct, there a right pain to strip down & repair, I hate fixing them.

Only ever fitted to the RG, GT & GTI 180.
