So i finally purchased a GTI spoiler for my 206 Smile looking to fit it with this method:
www.206info.co.uk/Foru...art=0.html

1.Although i got few question if some people can help me with, could i sand the spoiler with 240 wet and dry paper?
2.Also how long should i leave the masking tape on the spoiler to hold it down?
3.Would this be okay to bond it,because it doesn't say tiger seal but its a metal bonding liquid.

1. Yes.
2. 24 Hours.
3. I don't know what 'this' is. So, no. Use Tigerseal.

Pritt-stick would be a better choice.

Spoiler really needs to be bolted & bonded down for a proper job.

You can fit it yourself, templates OR use the bluetac method.

It involves drilling the tailgate.

Small local bodyshop & beertokens if your not feeling up to it.

Stick blobs of bluetac to the spoiler where the bolt holes are, line the spoiler up then press it down, cross your fingers the cluetac then sticks to the tailgate to show you where to drill the holes.

It needs to be the correct thread for the holes in the spoiler, M6 most likely but check first.
