I’m using the standard tank and pump with fuel line inside the car, It works well as long as it has at least 3L In the tank to stop it getting fuel starvation.
A few pictures from Castle Combe, qualified 12th and finished 17th had a terrible pit stop an then the interior mirror fall off which made It very difficult to drive as it was getting stuck under the pedals.

Who ended up making your custom rad? Does it have the inket/outlet in the same position but lower? Interested in one for mine and if someone already has template would save effort.

A local rad place made mine, the inlet an outlet are on the N/S. Just tell them what size you need and how you going to mount it an they will make it for you

I had some top hat shape spacers made that fit inside the towing eye then just bolted the strap to the spacer through the towing eye

Nice! wonder why they used an 206 rc for security! |
You may laugh but my mrs got her 206 from andrews family garage in coventry and when its really dirty you can vaguely see securicor on the drivers door,so there must some use other than womens shopping cars!!!! |
Have you got rid of the front crossmember all together? Of so was it for weight saving or ease of fitting the rad and cooler. This looks like a very good project. I hope mine gets to his standard soon. Just without the trumpets.
