White smoke is normally water in the exhaust and would point to a head gasket failure. White smoke on start up is normal due to condensation in exhaust. How much oil are you losing. Are you losing coolant. If you unscrew the expansion cap cover (cold engine) do you have an oily residue in the tank? Does the exhaust smell sweet?

Otherwise it's a compression test that's needed on number 1. Compare it with all the others and it should be the same. Low compression could be a few things.

there is no water loss, and no oil in water coolant, and when it eats oil it eats about one liter at once, and when i start the engine at cold it works like 3cylinders and then 1 minute the engine works 4 cylinders like normal, but i noticed that the fuel consumption is craaazyyy Sad and bad performance. i think that spark plug one has oil on it when cold and when the injector sprays the fuel on the spark plug till oil goes off then the spark works normal.... am i right?

Do you get blue smoke on start up after the car has been sat a while? (Valve seals). Mine is a diesel so I don't know if you have individual coils. If you do swop the coils over and does the problem move cylinders (coil duff). Try the same with the plug ( plug duff) You need to be carefull if it's only running on 3 cylinders as you could get bore scrub.

It could also be worn or cracked piston rings. You need a compression test.
