Can anyone advise how to remove the cam belt cover on the 1.6 16v - instead of screws or bolts it looks like it's held together with rivets?

I wish to change the cam belt and totally baffled as to how to remove the cover - is there a special Peugeot tool?

Pull off top cover
Remove engine mount
Remove lower aux pulley
Remove 10mm hoplding nuts (about 5 or so)
